We ran out in heavy fog about 12 miles before it lifted. Started trolling around 8 miles south of southwest banks on ledge about 8:00am. Water temp. 74 degrees. Headed north covering alot of water with 5 lines, stopped just south of Georgetown hole… No wahoo, only one nice cuda and a skipjack tuna. Tried some new areas for bottom fish in 125ft, 110ft, and finally in 70ft. Caught Limit on huge blacksea bass (couple 20"ers) of coarse the ARS’s we had to move away from! Jay hooked what we was hoping for a big cobia, but it turned into a 7’- sandbar shark when it may to the boat (Jay was worn out! LOL) Great day beautiful day on the ocean. We blackened fish and fixings today for Sunday lunch. Looking forward to next weather window ![]()
