I want to firstly thank everyone on here for their words of encouragement to me in some past post. Finally starting putting some puzzle pieces together and got a slam last week! Big Spottail was 9lbs, 29 inches, my new personal best red (or “PBR” as my wife calls it!). Nabbed some flatties, all around 15 inches, and some short trout. All fish were caught and released on an unscented 3 inch electric chicken diesel minnow on a 1/4 inch trout eye jig head (this was after cycling through many different colors and lures and scents for a few days). Working the creek mouths from the stono all the way to lighthouse creek like a boss, just trying to find what was productive. Last couple hours of falling, and then the magical first two hours of the rising! Hope to be back soon!
