I guess it’s a good thing the Fed decided to open up the window to investment banks. Poor old LEH, GS, andh MER just skimmed off $28 BILLION.
Wait a second, maybe they had to fuel the Gulfstreams for Easter travels in case something happened over the long weekend?
PS—now with the short term 13-week Treasuries yields at historic fifty year lows, the carry trade with Japan is now NEGATIVE.
