best flats boat for chase area

From what little I know about them, they are a relatively new company and build their boats up here in Chapin, near Lake Murray. I don’t get down to Chas enough to justify purchasing a flats boat, but I did see them at the boat show and for the money seem hard to beat.

Useless factoid:

The name Bomb Island comes from an island in the middle of Lake Murray that was used back during WWll days for bomber pilot training.

thats a good looking boat

It’s sick, it’ll float in nothing and keeps you dry. with any skiff you’ll lose a bit in rough water but it’s not really any worse than any other 18’ boat I’ve been on. Poles like a dream as well.
