I rarely boil green peanuts. I buy the 50lb bag on the red skin sun dried peanuts from Limehouse and boil them. They take longer to boil, but I think they have a better flavor and texture… I do this once a year and bag and freeze…A 50 pound bag = about 100 pounds of boiled give or take… Same peanuts Timbo sells…
