if I can give 1 piece of advice…
don’t change the “sound” habits in your house.
the baby will get use to the normal sounds and be able to sleep just fine, and not wake up screaming every time the doorbell, phone, or dog, make a noise.
after the first few months, you will be able to sleep again, I promise
