I have worked that event every year since 2000. Part of my job unfortunately.
15 confirmed shootings
3 definite shooting fatalities
3 in critical condition with at least 1 not expected to survive
2 fatalities from bike wrecks
untold stolen cars/bikes
numerous car break-ins
a few rapes/sexual assaults
and a litany of other “name your crime”
That about sums it up
