Epic day offshore tuesday 7-1-2014

It was for sure an awesome trip. Thanks Bob.

And Yes Bonzo, strictly recon, you know I have to have something to talk about at work.

Black Bart, I worked today. Had to take a break from such rough water.

  1. the fact or state of having been affected by or gained knowledge through direct observation or participation

  2. that thing you get just moments after you needed it.

Y’all get awfully touchy when someone disagrees with your internet weight estimate. There’s nothing wrong with catching a 40lb cobia. As I’ve already said, that’s a nice fish.

I’m not sure anyone is touchy, it is just apparent you don’t know what you are talking about, neophyte.

Jealousy is the seed of anger. Nice fish Master Chief, talk about a good day on the water.

Nice fish Gutwrench and crew. Don’t mind the stupid comments of the many jealous people on this website. Keep doing what you are doing and post when you can…as the idiots will always be here.

Keep up the good reports. I’m just getting started in saltwater fishing. So these reports are good for people like me. As for Highwayman i believe he’s more of a dumbazz than me. At least i can figure out what kinda rod i want to use.
Thanks (Team Hawaii)

I invested the money for a 60lb Boga that weighs nearly every fish caught on my boat for multiple reasons- regardless of the exact weight of the cobia, what is it going to accomplish by hassling about it and comparing this or that and 40vs 55?? - they had a good day and wanted to share what happened so lets just enjoy that and move on

Even if he weighed the fish on a scale with pictures that dumbass would find something else to make a smartass comment about. There’s always atleast one in every crowd. There’s an over abundance of them here on CF. I love the fishing experts that start threads with simple questions about what type of rod should I use but they have caught more fish than everyone and an internet expert estimating fish weight. Go away troll!

Nice Cobia, Good to see someone catching them.

very nice cobia. Theyre a very dense fish and often heavier than you think. There will never be a shortage of ass holes.

Those are some hogs, glad to see they are hanging around. Sounds like an awesome day!

Congrats… (**() nice fish guys! 55-60lbs, looks right to me. Caught a 54lb’er year before last. Looks pretty close…chest to toe.
