Extra Long hitch ball mount

Na! You need to convert the charging system to solar or wind:wink::smiley:
Take the jack stand off when towing or move it further back on the tounge if you can:question:

The jack stand is right in front of the propane tanks. so no where to move it. It is positioned in the “V” of the tongue. If I removed it, it would on get me about 3-4 inches

Your screwed! Get a couple of Mopeds:smiley:

Thats funny Easy.
To bad SC does not allow tandem trailers. Then I could pull my trailer(with golf cart) behind the camper.

Duct tape some ramps together and put it on top of the camper, just watch the overpasses, it may not clear some.

Yeah, but do you consider a dog to be a filthy animal? I wouldn’t go so far as to call a dog filthy but they’re definitely dirty. But, a dog’s got personality. Personality goes a long way.

A ramp in the back of the truck. Run the carts front wheels up it and you might get enough to clear the tail gate? You could make them out of wood and the weight of the cart will hold them in place?

Actually got the one mentioned above from Corbins. 16 inch pin hole to pin hole.
Hopefully I can give it a try soon. My family is taking the camper and hopefully golf cart to the JI county park saturday for the oyster roast. and staying the night.
A trial run for the following weekend when I go to a dirt track race in Georgia for the weekend.

Fish; Hold her steady on the highway especially when a big truck passes you! You don’t want that thing wagging back there, and it will with the added length. I used to drive Tractor Trailer and you don’t want to make any quick movements.

Thanks Easy. That is one reason for the short trip this weekend. Get out on 26 for a few miles and see how she works.

yakman, no doubt. don’t want to leave that sucker on when not in use.

Fishb8, could you possibly jack up the golf cart and put a couple of blocks under it. Then you might can take off the tailgate and strap the cart down real tight. Just an idea if the other way turns out to be a little dangerous. Even if the gate clears sitting straight it may catch in a turn.

Would it work if you just put a couple 2 x 8 s under the tires and remove the tailgate?

Driving down the road with it jacked up on blocks is a scary thought.
I thought about the the 2x8 but there are issues. once the cart gets in the truck there is no way to get the 2x8 under it unless i jack it up. that would be very tough to do in such a small space. Think about it. the wheels will be on the tailgate. would have to jack up the wheels. remove tailgate. then somehow get a 2x8 under the all 4 tires…
If i remove the tailgate, then load the cart onto the 2x8, once the wheels hit the 2x8 it will popup the other end.

Fish, what time is your Beverly Hillbillie’s contraption heading down I26? Just want to plan my route home this afternoon…safe travels…

51 are trying to avoid or film?

I was just bust’n your chops…but our paths could possibly cross depending on the time and which way you take to get to the county park…

Leaving sat morning from north charleston. just going for the day/night. The kids love it.

No worries now easy. Cancelled plans to camp. To cold and nws issued a fire advisory/warning. Whatever it said it was a bad idea to have a fire on Saturday.
