Fishing The Outer Banks Of NC With EF

From all the pictures it looks like y’all kind of got the beach to yourselves.

Not to crowded really

Some days you fish, some days you cut bait

Which one hit the Pinfush?

None, they both hit fish stripbaits

 :+1:

Looks like y’all are having a grand time.

i’d smoke those bluefish for ya and return 1/2 in the form of a nice little dip that i’m getting to be known for…

we got a weekend of bluebird weather down here, hope y’all are vacuum sealing a pile of pomps up there!

Knife blade facing up for the initial cut is a pro trick, never need to scale a fish again if you plan on skinning it anyway

You can catch these today about every third cast, really

Almost a nuisance since they are out of season and all about this size , within an inch

That used to be the most sellable size flounder years ago. It was easy. One fish. One serving. I remember the 1/2 lb whole flounder special at the famous Sanitary Restaurant in Morehead city
