Apparently one high enough to know this WAS a dead topic…unlike some other underclassmen. :stuck_out_tongue:

Rockbottom never made it past 3rd if that’s what you want to hear. Maybe you can give us some upper classman etiquette

Just reel or get broke

I usually keep my opinions to myself cause nobody gives a (**() and I like it that way, but this thread epitomizes the downfall of “sportsmen” and our society in general.

Let us not forget that they are only fish; you’re livelihood doesn’t depend on coming home with table meat. I fish because I just plain enjoy the everloving hell out of the rush I get when a rod goes down. Only thing that tops that is seein your kin, friends, and anybody that is interested enough to meet your dumbass at the ramp at 5am get the same feelin.

Don’t let the “fierce competition” in tournaments make you lose sight of what fishing is and is about. Just give it hell and be thankful.

Also, I am fishing a busch league tournament May 20th on murray and see that it coincides with an msc tournament. I apologize in advance if I wind up in your prop wash, but then again you’ll probably never know I was there.

You do know that there are like 4 different Striper Tournaments on Murray on the 20th, right?

Two of them, the MSC DNR Open and the Striper Kings Open, are going to be 30 - 40+ boats each (70 - 90 boats total) …

Going to be really hard NOT to be in someone’s prop wash that day … Unless you’re going to be like me and go all the way up past Saluda Resort …

Goatroper, you wrapped it all up in one paragraph! Thanks,Good job.

20th sounds like a good day to be in the Gulf Stream…ha…

With all those boats, I hope there are some fish left in the lake when I go on the 21st.
