Cool… Hey Mike… those DOA rattles… how big are they? I need somehtng like a 4mm about 1/2 inch long… They may work for me and I AM looking for an excuse for a long lunch today

I am at the W.A store today and they have the smaller DOA rattles that are a little over 1/2" long probably about 5mm or close to it… I think they would work.
Ill be here till like 4:15 so take that long lunch and swing by.

My flies are done!
I changed up a little and decided to go with a fly of the season…small, dark, and sparse! Flies are on a Gamakatsu, wide-gap, #2, w/ black bead chain eyes, rootbeer estaz, and black bucktail.
Great for large schools of shallow, spooky, winter reds…I hope all enjoy!

Yeah, my flies are the oposite of the quintecential (sp?) lowtide fly… their big bushy and heavy… hence the name “Bruzer”… but the reds can’t take it… its like throwin’ crack on spring street! [:0].
Those look like they would work prettty well though… im looking forward to tryin’ them out.
