made this again for a bunch of friends over the weekend and it was superb. I didn’t have much crab so subbed in some walleye from my Canada trip and it was excellent. I also make mine on the spicy side! great eating, perfect fall dish

I am going to try this. It looks really good, besides, how can you go wrong with any recipe that has pork fat, butter, and cream? I like the creole chowder with redfish idea. Only problem for me is catching the redfish.

Ive got some sweet corn I dehydrated last spring. gonna try to adapt it to this recipe.

It was a hit with my family. I basically doubled the recipe (I like leftovers for work) and left out the cilantro (I am not a big fan of it). It is a keeper.
