Frustrated

Back to the original post. I’m prettg sure they have to give you a price. There is some wierd anti trust law that isin play here. If not I’m being lied to in my business.

Just a few questions. Do you have a friend in VA. who could buy the boat and then resell it to you? Nothing illegal about that is it? Are the warranties transferrable? If so, go for it.

I am also in the market for a new boat and Sea Hunt is on the list. T-top is not an issue b/c I am not ordering my boat with one. If the local dealers cannot come reasonably close to Chatlee or Eds Marine then I will be taken my business out of town. Listen to what I said resonably close! I like supporting local business but some of the local folks need to wake up and realize that is a 2 way street. I just bought 5 rods from Haddrells last week. Their prices were in line with the big boxes (Bass Pro & Cabalas) and I would certainly rather do business locally. However, I am not going to pay $4000 TO $5000 more so the same boat.
