we’re going to be in key west in 2 weeks. i wonder if they have grass fed fish down there…??
There should be plenty of “Homo’s” in the Keys to fulfill you’re recipe requests. Homo’s meaning “Homo Sapian’s”. Good luck, and good fishing to all!! Seeya, Scott

Bear in mind that cattle are ruminants and evolved as grass eaters. The grain that they are fed in feed lots is laced with antibiotics and animal proteins(read mad cow disease) and the cattle in feed lots cannot survive for too long on that diet. Grass fed beef is a bit of a shuck and jive, if you will. The verbage is meant to sort of give you the illusion that the cattle is free range, natural, or even organic. That’s not the case at all. Grass fed beef is the same as any other beef that is being raised for slaughter. When it’s time the grass fed beef is penned just as corn fed, but its fed hay (usually alfalfa) until slaughter. So in essence, it is still a controlled feeding. The grass fed beef has less marbling, hay sosts less than corn, so it costs less.
