I don’t believe a non resident can be part of the crew for bait shrimping.

I’ve been wondering about the non-resident thing too. Got some out-of-state friends and colleagues that would like to go. I can’t find anything clear in the regulations about it.

That is my understanding also, but I might be wrong. No matter, there are plenty of shrimp out there. If I can catch a cooler full without buying bait, buying poles, waiting on baiting season, or buying that $500 license, why in the world would I do all that to get the same cooler of shrimp that I can catch with a non-resident fishing license for $37.50?
