Good luck have a safe and fun trip. Take lots of citrinla candles!
The skeeters are not so bad right now - its been very dry - but after the first good rain they will be thick!
We camped on Capers last night. We beached the boat overnight. High and dry. Left out at high tide this morning. No bugs out anywhere. There’s some event going on there today. We camped under the event tents. It was pretty sweet. We’re half way up the cooper river now.
You lucky sobs ,tents all ready and set up for you.haha I hope y’all don’t run up into any old rice fields. I think there are a bunch of markers nowadays.Where you camping tonight?
I love it when a plan comes togeather! I know y’all having a great time, love to make that run some time, keep up posted!
Intersted in the amount of fuel you used!
We camped at Elliots landing Saturday night. Arrived about 5:30pm. We used about 80 gallons of fuel and 8 cases of beer. We kept the rpms down to conserve fuel. Pushed about 3,800 rpms most of the time. Once we made it back to the lake we bumped it up to around 4,500 rpms. I wouldn’t even look at a beer yesterday. Now that I’m at work a beer doesn’t sound so bad.
That’s a cool trip. Glad it came together for you.
