140K

185 Usable gallons with 2 250’s…and a Yeti.

Where do the fish boxes drain?

Got that Buddy Davis look going on.

Buy a used Albermarle and some new motors and put the rest in an IRA. You’ll be dry and I’d wager a better ride…just not as pretty.

You boys are some playas.

That boat at the show was listed at over $160. At that point, I’m looking at an Onslow Bay 27 or a used 3pc boat in the 30’ range.

Yeah, but do you consider a dog to be a filthy animal? I wouldn’t go so far as to call a dog filthy but they’re definitely dirty. But, a dog’s got personality. Personality goes a long way.

So, what is the price on the old Mako:question:

SOLD SOLD SOLD

AndyB and Bang, Berkeley Outdoors is some of the old Moncks Corner Marine’s former ownership and management, and those guys have sold more Pioneers, over a longer period of time, than anyone else I’d bet. Also got to see Mike, Roy, Henry and Jack who were all there with the boat, and it did seem to have a lot to do with showing at first “at home.”

Next stop for it will be the Miami show I believe.

Phin, how many did you buy?

I was hanging out with Edisto Fisher in Boone last week and heard Phin was already upgrading from the mako.

Macerators are mounted on a bulkhead just behind the rear fold down seat and vertical hatch there.

The price tag would be a lot lower with twin Suzuki 200’s or single 350AP like you’d put on an old Albemarele, btw.

The thing about this hull is that it isn’t going to be their “mass produced model” anytime soon. They are talking about only 2 each going to their best dealers for 2018, and they’ve got plenty already spoken for. What that will mean for customers is resale value will be great. Will be a lot like the 2004 and 2005 197 Sportfish that got bought brand new for 22,500 and that I see for sale all the time right now for in the low 20’s still. You can’t beat that!

Gotta love how Pioneer just does it differently…

Fair enough. We have a Berkeley Outdoors in Columbia (I’m in Lexington) and I was thinking of kicking their tires just to see what they have. Thanks Phin.

“…be a man and PM me.”

Think Mdaddy would like to see twin 350s on that Albe! If I were single thats what I’d be running on my old Bert!

Nice pics!

Pioneer 222SF

Hope to break in my MT mounts on Tuesday. Gotta say I like the lines on that Pioneer. Probably be around awhile.

2016 Southport 272 w/ Yam. 200’s
2016 Sea Hunt Ultra 225 w/Yam. 200 (sold)
2008 Carolina Skiff 17DLX w/2015 Yam. 70

Hope they bring it to the Columbia Boat Show.

A lot of polish for me. I was really hoping Pioneer was going to do something similar to the Egret 290 on this one and offer us a 27’ twin engine fishing machine for a decent price. Too glitzy for me.

As I type like I have $150k anyway.:sunglasses:
