Our ‘little’ project has drawn the attention of some well known conservation organizations, including the Zoological Society of London. Here is the latest update on our project. http://ovcamtraps.blogspot.com/
Here is a video for you to watch: http://youtu.be/4yJCCojNYgs

Could be some people don’t crave attention others do. Could also be some people don’t have the disposable income others have. You really are a piece of work.
By the way porkpi, that is a really cool project. Getting to visit Costa Rica one day is on my bucket list.
“Apathy is the Glove into Which Evil Slips It’s Hand”, but really, who cares?
Here is our latest update:
Our project is nearly four years old. We are part of an app called INSTANT WILD run by the zoological society of London. We are the only project using wireless trail cameras in all of Costa Rica.
We recently got a cougar at a nearby trapping location.
See it and other neat animals in our blog. http://ovcamtraps.blogspot.com/
The camera itself is not. It succumbed to the rain and humidity…maybe the ants as did all the original cameras. The RussB Cam was an old Moultrie still camera that took a lot of wonderful photos as you can see here in case you and other Pelagic Navigators missed it… https://youtu.be/ABncCcxftgg
The video goes really fast, but you can slow it down on youtube in the gear icon.
However, it is still with us in spirit, as are all of our cameras are… There is a wireless camera near it’s spot that transmits animal images to London and around the world through a wildlife ap called Instant Wild.
The original project is alive and well and should be for the foreseeable future.
