We went out of Ripley and headed South. Ended up with 14 dolphin, all caught around 320 ft. Had 2 nice ones in the upper 30’s and then several nice gaffers and a few slingers. Roughly 88 pounds of meat total after cleaning.
NO REGRETS, What kind of water temp did you have in 300’???
Water temp wasn’t working on the boat unfortunately, so just had to look for some weeds and life. Temperature was 179 degrees all day…I’m thinking a little off.
haha we had the same problem, no water temp. kinda hard to fish out there without it. ours said 144 all day
It ended up being a beautiful ocean. There was some chop on the way out in the morning but it laid down very nice once we got out there.
