that thing looks great. Did you have any issues installing on the a Cub Cadet?
This is all part of living the dream. HOA neighborhood, granite counter tops, can’t have a boat at your own home, gotta put boat in this pig pen. Sad.
P-K, I had no trouble at all mounting it. It went on as shown in the picture! Thing I liked about it was you can still tow a yard trailer and stuff with it mounted!

That’s what mirrors are for! Besides bad things can happen with the tailgate down backing a trailer, especially making sharp turns!
I use my skid steer and can put my boats any where! I have a 4 bay boat shed parallel to my road to my barn but when we get a lot of rain it gets muddy and you cant back one in or out with a truck. I can move my Bertram on a triple axle in my shop on a concrete floor with a 2 wheel trailer push cart from BPS might want to try one!
I wanna know how the huge box trailer in the 3rd spot from the top on the left gets in and out! [:0]
I fight a similar battle at my storage place (maybe not quite as tight) but have just gotten really good at backing in and essentially jackknifing the trailer at just the right spot. It’s pretty much a blind faith kind of thing. I won’t admit how many attempts it took the first time, almost chocked it up as impossible. Now it’s pretty easy.
Luckily the guys parked next to me never move, if they did it would throw off my marks and I would have to start the learning curve all over again!
A riding mower will definitely do it if that’s an option. Used to move all kinds of crap around with a hitch on an old Snapper rider.

Well…I don’t have granite counter tops, but the rest is spot on

I don’t know how that guy does it. He has to back it a long way down a drive, tight turn at the gate to avoid the first boat on the right, then wiggle into his spot.

HOAs’ suck ; can’t have boat, ect,in driveway ; no flying American flags ; gotta paint house to match someone else’s color scheme ; but not being able to P of my own front porch is where I draw the line:angry:
I saw a guy on tv who backed a four- wheel wagon that was about 7X 10 onto another trailer while saying nothing but “gee”, “haw” , “back” , “up” , and “whoa” to the three draft horses in front of him. Never cussed once.
If you can pull your trailer out, you can back it in.

</font id=“quote”></blockquote id=“quote”>Thing is, you have to back it in first, to be able to pull it out…
The 4 wheeler and hitch on front of the truck seem to be the better of the options

Why don’t you just ask the HOA if they can repaint and turn all the spaces 45 degrees.

Put a hitch on the front of your truck or use a golf cart/atv with a front hitch. Since you cannot paint lines in the parking lot- put some good quality tape down to mark your path.

Have you ever dealt with an HOA old man? I have. Text me and I’ll tell ya about it. Statue of limitations hasn’t run yet.
