The real question that everyone has neglected to ask is. What were the seas and how did your Ranger fare so far out? Were you fishing numbers you bought or numbers that you found? I bet you had a cooler full of fish too

So I heard this is the place where I can ask for help on offshore fishing and work on my anger issues. Where I can cuss out good people that are trying to make sure I make it home safe. Well I guess I will knock it out **** everybody that is trying to help. I hate all of you nice people from the south. I think Jim and I will go back to NJ where people are mean and not try to help out, when I ask for help. And watch wicked tuna together and have crazy dreams think. We will take over the whole ocean just you wait.

Got a buddy now that wants to go out but has never been offshore. No safety gear, cheap Set up, and thinks he’s ready to troll. It concerns me that he’s really just going to go for it with no concern. I’ve told him on numerous occasions ATLEAST go with me a few times to ATLEAST get comfortable with what to expect and an idea of where to ATLEAST start gear wise. Wants me to go on his boat but not a chance in hell. There is a reason I have sea tow, EPIRB, handheld VHF, etc…I didn’t spend $700 to not be safe on someone else’s boat.
