I have been told treated will corrode aluminum very quickly, make sure the treatment is not corrosive to aluminum.
I just redid my floor in my little john boat, v hull.
I used A/C 3/4 exterior grade plywood and Lowes Valspar Porch Paint, it is latex paint with non-skid in it, coated it completely to seal out the saltwater. The exterior grade glue is waterproof, but Hughes told me all the new plywood uses the same waterproof glue now.
My research showed this was the best and most economical way so go.
I also used Rivnuts (Fastenal) to put the previously riveted floor down, I can unscrew any of the panels to clean underneath them, but I don’t think you need that on a pontoon.
