Did you stay anchored for the whole fight? Seems like that would make the fight even more difficult

Thanks for all the kudos! It was pure luck that fish didn’t break me off. That fish was under the boat, tried to get around the anchor, had me around the motor, and I had two other lines that were still in the water. Pretty rough in a bassboat as I was taking waves over the bow. I’ll post a link on youtube of the video. Edited it down to 2 minutes. Chinese firedrill.
