Well, after much thought and advice my scout issue was resolved . I have sold that boat to a member here who is going to make it a project boat and that same member found me an immaculate 2002 Sea Pro sv 1500cc that as I type is getting my new motor put on it. What I paid for the sea pro would be the starting cost to get the scout project underway and this boat is showroom quality just add my motor and goodies and go back to rippin lips again . Once I get all my electronics and all that put on the Sea Pro I will post up pics . Thanks for the input and advice and to the member who found this boat for me Thanks as well .

Pop rivets on the rub rail can let water in. Saw a friend’s scout do the same thing.
