He is the same guy that stole my reels in another post. We need all people possible to come forward and try and get charges on this guy or he will probably walk with another slap on the wrist. All the high dollar items were pawned or sold. Most what was recovered will not be enough value to Pin him with some hard charges.
The probation violation was for Drug use. He is scheduled to be released to rehab soon and has lawyered up for the fishing charges. They are still in the process if any of pursuing more charges.
He is a Wando Flunky and grew up in Snee Farm at the hands of a local Attorney. Being he stole Items from different districts makes it even tougher to put it all together.

Bottom line is he stole ALOT!! of valuable gear from a lot of people in the fishing community. Our broken Legal system has no repercussions for these kind of thieves. If you look at all his charges from years back he is a scumbag and has no care for other peoples hard earned property.

That you would post that speaks a lot of your nature towards thieves. I don’t steal and this is obviously not his first, second or third time doing so. That’s not being a tough guy that is taking out the garbage. I would assume you could relate to something that simple. Garbage is something that needs to be discarded or recycled. If he came back totally clean, we could harvest his organs and give to needy people that don’t steal from others.

I’ve never been do you get f’d in the A while in prison? I’ve always heard it does happen. I guess if a group of men held you down crying wouldn’t make it stop.

Tangent? Not really. It was along the subject matter. Maybe I took you wrong, but you did seem to be sympathetic with a thief.
He was still in jail as of two/three weeks ago. He got assigned a public defender and they weren’t able to get enough on his partner to charge him yet.

I too was raised that two wrongs don’t make a right. But in my raising that was thrown out the window when it comes to stealing. I can tell you that if I was arrested for stealing, my dad would not have given me bail money and still wouldn’t. I don’t steal and don’t expect others too. As for your question, No I would not consider me giving any of my tools to someone to use Stealing. … Unless they would not return them and that has never happened as I rarely loan tools unless it is family or close friends.
Also I was raised by my Father if I loan tools, money, or anything else don’t get upset if it doesn’t come back because you should never loan anything anyway. I don’t always believe that way, but my Dad does.

I HEARD PLENTY OF STORIES, I have taken a few tours as well, back in the early 90’s with these guys. Join a group and you have protection, Blacks hang with blacks and whites hang with whites, the weak pay for protection and get it. Cross paths, be a snitch, talk to a guard while others aren’t around looks like asking for a favor,not asking permission and so on, will cause ya problems.
