Maybe twice just to make sure??:smiley::smiley:

discounting starving to death, I’m not trying possum, armadillo, cat, dog, snake, + a few more.

I’ve had snake a few times and it’s real good.

I’m pretty good at drinking adult beverages

Fried shark is fine if fresh I have cooked it plenty. Just cut the red out and it’s clean white meat.

I missed that post! thanks for putting it back out there. Mako’s are some awesome fish…

Cracker, imagine a large cobia put in the boat that went ballistic… but had super sharp razor teeth. I’ve seen Mako’s slash around and take bites out of anything that came close. Best to subdue to the extreme before bringing one on board.

I’d swear that one we caught was actually looking and aiming to do maximum damage to anything or anyone that it could chomp.

I remember years ago my buddy and I caught a couple of huge black-tips out in boat. We took home to be honest dont remember the process of processing. I do remember he did it in his front yard on the battery on sunday when hoards of people would just drive around and around playing boooooom music. THEY FREAKED! Point of story we cut steaks hit with olive oil , lemon, and greek seasonings from the one in charleston- not crappy groc store ones, coverd with peppers and onions wrapped in foil and grilled, threw a keg party and it was killer, people loved it even the gals, He knew how to process experianced fisherman-now a captain. But having worked in kitchens all my life it is verrrrry important to always remove the blood line always cut out and use nothing but white meat as blood line tastes like dog-ship.
