I noticed the single engine boats in the 23’ range when I was shopping 2 years ago. I ended up ordering a twin engine boat. I would think you could order twins with most manufacturers.

We’ve been to Bubble Rock with our single engine & fished all over on one engine. It’s doable but a little common sense helps.

Yeah - I read that. What I don’t understand is how you rig it from bow to stern to keep your boat pointed in one direction.

The keyword here is bridle. By incorporating a bridle, you can change the attachment point anywhere from the stern to the bow which will change the angle that it holds the boat. Most people will just attach the rode to the forward cleat.
