You can tell how long a fish is in a photo IF you have a reference.
Just looking at that flounder…and measuring all my hat bibs at about 6 inches wide… Measuring the hat bib and
comparing it to flounder I’m calling the flounder legal by a smidge at two hat bibs + a couple inches.
Not that I would believe a UDC would keep an undersized fish anyway.
I just wish I could see the pics. His never show up does anyone know why…happens with others at times
