Fogman, can ya share colors and sizes for those deadly dicks. I just started jigging last fall and had fair success with hopkins. But I never heard of slammers and deadly dicks.

For stripers, I use the largest Deadly they make. Under normal conditions, I prefer the prism strip. In low light or stain, the green strip works best. With the Slammer, I’ve only used chrome in the 2&1/4 ounce. Hopkins are great too. For perch, black bass, and white bass, the 1/2 ounce pearl and silver Berry can’t be beat. In fact, my biggest striper of 29.42 pounds came on that little spoon:) You never know!
