I seriously doubt that it hurt anything if you compare the number of fisherman today to the number fishing in the 70's. Now thousands and thousands of pounds at the time gillnetting may be another story.

Yes, humor us with the picture. I’m glad the DNR has to catch people in the act. I couldn’t imagine how many BS tickets would be handed out because somebody heard that somebody else did something. The law currently prevents that kind of garbage.
