Man…I would think frozen is frozen. Kinda like dead is dead. Thats kinda crazy.

freezing meat to kill germs is a myth… and parasites can also be dormant from freezing but, will become active again after thawing them out.

I was wanting to disagree with you, but after some searching you seem to be right.

Just another thing I have learned from this site, thank you for changing my thought process on frozen food. I was also told that freezing would kill Trichinosis, just found that is not so. But I don’t like raw pork so I should be ok. :smiley:

Yeah, but do you consider a dog to be a filthy animal? I wouldn’t go so far as to call a dog filthy but they’re definitely dirty. But, a dog’s got personality. Personality goes a long way.

Fortunately for myself, I do not have to choose between the two. We put the beat down on both the AJ's and Ringtails, so I basically can have all the fine cuisine I want...
