saw a “marked” dolphin in Folly creek 8/3. Right in front of Bowens Island. He/she was strand feeding with a group of about 15-20 others. awesome sight!
Thanks for the clarification BTY; 3F3 is 8F8. And interestingly enough I saw him two weeks ago, approx July 25 swimming up Wagner Creek again on a falling tide. He was working the shoreline for shrimp and finger mullet. About an hour later he must have reached the end of the creek and headed back down. I was in my docked Jon Boat messing with the outboard when out of nowhere I was blasted with creek water from 8F8’s blowhole as he passed less than a foot from my boat, then kept moving downcreek.
