AP is a white meat, kind of like wahoo / mahi. great on the grill, and very moist.
What do you guys do with all that fish? Do you sell some, freeze it, eat it, give it away, or what? You may need to buy another freezer to hold all of it 
That looked like an awesome trip, I’ve never seen pompano that huge!

I just got done eating some pompano. Marinated in Italian dressing and cooked on the grill. Outstanding!
