I too hit bottom one day BC PEEPS SET THEIR POLES CROSSING A VERY NARROW CHANNEL and as always, I’m trying to be respectful so I went around them, leaving channel (and off plane, not wanting to rock their boat) - dammit… I had to shrimp pole my way out, lol. Next time I’m staying in the channel - SO…
I would advise the people DO NOT set poles crossing the channel, because that’s the respectful thing to do. Then again - do what you must, but… I will be staying in the channel and on plain if low tide from here forth, just sayin’.
