Fred67, the legs are very sweet.The wife and I could only eat the legs the first night. We had the daughter and her husband over the next night for dinner and we didn’t finish the tail. Its like deer meat, some people cannot cook Venison. Steaming is the only way to cook any Bug, especially that big!
If it got any better I couldn’t stand it.

That’s just crazy to think you actually have two Lobsters to feed a full family and then had left overs!!
