Another observation…those with the higher prices also have the longest wait so could be a bit of supply/demand at work there - if they’re busy, they don’t need to get to tight with their estimate. To Cracker’s point, if they’re using better quality materials, that could also be pushing their cost. Could also be better advertising resulting in more overhead and higher price! Just do your homework and make sure you’re comparing apples-to-apples on what you’re getting (materials, warranty, etc) and check references/work. Doug gave you a good start!
