I’m sure if you called him he would be glad to discuss it with you.

Persoanlly, I would never quote prices over the internet.

why not?

  1. These are custom boats. The price can probably range from $150K to over $300K depending on how the boat is layed out. It’s too hard to post an accurate figure without knowing how the boat will be built.

2)In order to create value you have to have contact with a potential buyer. If you post pricing on a public forum then a potential buyer may just write you off as “too expensive”. As a seller you want all interested parties to contact you. That’s your chance to either show them the price is worth it or possibly sell them a less expensive model.

3)Price is often negotiable, however, in order to negotiate you need your buyers to contact you. If you post a price that is too high, then potential buyers may not call you.

Greg

I couldnt have put it better myself. These boats are 100% custom. There is absolutely no way I could price one accuratly with all the variables on a forum. I will tell you this… my boats are very competitive with a Jupiter 34 or a Venture and will absolutely eat their lunch across the board in performance, fuel economy and ride.

no need to know anything further about these boats.

My boats arent cheap, but on the other hand they can be bought for less than a Jupiter or Venture is what I should have said. The Freeman 33 takes appr 6 months to build vs. 6 weeks for one of the upper tier centerconsoles.

The admin should move this to the boating section…this has just about as much to do with offshore reports as me cutting grass.
Where’s Likka when you need him??

“Never argue with an idiot…he will drag you down to his level and beat you with experience.”

Do not know anything about the Freeman 33. Just got back from Venice, however. Fished one day and ended up with 6 YFT, 2 of them were 100+, 15BFT, 40lb hoo, 250 lb blue, 15 ARS we had to release. Then I had to come back home to fish here. Oh well, I will be back at the Deli tomorrow pickin at the dolphin.
