Wading footwear

I have the patagonia Marwalkers and they have served me well. Very comfy.

Why, Thank Ya, DragonSlayer! I assume you’ve tried these? I swore years ago after sinking up to my knees and getting all cut up that I’d never flats fish again! :face_with_head_bandage: Can’t do it from the boat, that’s for sure! I’m gonna try these, assuming you have as well. If not, I’m still gonna try em! Will report back. Thanks!

I always just wear my Teva’s. The snales are hell sometimes but, wading isn’t for sissys.

The reason I don’t wear shoes is to keep the mess down when getting back in the boat.

H2Ogul,
Been wearing these for over 2 years, and love them. The only real drawback is that on really high tides, I’m may be in over my knees, so some water does make it’s way inside, but not as much as you’d think since they cinch tight just below my knee. If I know it’s going to be 7’, I just wear old sneakers and long pants, but for 95% of the time I’m wearing the Chota’s, and they’re great.

Do ya mean Chuck Taylor's Converse All Stars

Chuck COnnors was The Rifleman.

Chuck Connors played for the Celtics,I guess that's where I got twisted up.Chuck Taylor's are my choice for a wading shoe.

Old pair of sperry boat shoes and sometimes worn out new balances, just depends on what is in the back of the truck.
