its a 23 hydrasport. i know the owner who did a lot of the work on this boat a while ago. i believe there have been at least a couple owners since then.
What year & model Hydra Sport?
I knew it wasn’t a 2500cc for sure. Wondering the year & model.
I honestly can’t remember. I’d guess mid/late 90’s. Unfortunately, med school forces all the facts of life you might remember our of your brain and fills it with others. It was a solid ride and have caught some nice fish on it.

Ahhhh… Chris Craft Silver Arrow or maybe a Bertram Barron??
So how much did your friend get it for and what Electronics did the seller leave with it? Just curious. A good dawn/bleach mixture and a pressure washer followed with a little wax, should make it clean up nice!
After I’ve patronized your store and sent you many customers you have to be a smart ass to me? Well I guess you can’t help that you joined the core instead of going with a first class branch like the Air Force that let’s their guys have some A/C during basic.
and much better chow.

I’m just having a hard time finding a picture of a ‘99 Hydra Sports 23’ that looks like this boat.

It’s hard to tell without a good look at the transom and bow area. I don’t believe it’s a Hydra Sports though. The “Lightning” series 23’s had a full transom with a bracket, a high bow rail and an integrated bow pulpit. The “Vector” series 23’s & 25’s have 2 sets of chines and a euro transom.
I believe it is a 230CC or 250CC Clearwater.

The boat is definatley a Hydra Sport, if it has an open transom it is a 2300 Sea Horse and closed transom with a bracket was a 2350 Vector and they had OMC motors from factory and were built in Columbia
SEMPER FI

I don’t think I’ve ever seen a Clearwater without a grey engine on the back…

The Sea Horse has a straight sheer and the Vector has a Euro transom. This boat has neither of those.
