1/1/24 Fished the morning falling tide on the 526 area of the Ashley

few dink specks , 3 over reds , 4-5 under , not hardly worth the drive down from Ft Mill :rage:

Come on now. A day spent fishing is never wasted. If that was the case, I have wasted many, many days of my life. I’ve never had a bad day fishing; some days were just better than others.

I agree with @DFreedom
Enjoying the outdoors is part of the fun!

thanks for the report!!

Nice to see you back gail-wins!!

And, I agree with DFreedom, and Hammurred. A bad day fishing is, well, pretty much better than anything else… :slightly_smiling_face:

Sorry guys ; guess i did come back a little negative, after being out of action for so long i really wanted to have a (catchin) day on the water. 4 strokes , 3 bouts of the china flu (covid) , and loseing my soul mate has made me a little impatient for some positive action. Thanks for the wake up all …

Hey Mr George, good to see you got on the river! I understand the fishtration, happens to me every other trip haha. But for real, glad you at least got out there and are feeling a little better. Til next time, take care sir

Thanks Matt, I’ve got another trip planned in little over a week maybe my luck will change by then

We need a few good cold fronts to really kick things off. Waiting impatiently…
