My brother and I caught some nice reds and trout on the Wando today. 20 trout and 12 reds. All trout and most of the reds caught on trout tricks. Biggest trout 20 and 18" Reds upper slot and a few over. All released.

Were you near the upper end of the Wando…we were all over and had very little luck with lots of different baits, including TT’s.

That’s my skinny water flats boat:smiley: My dad bought boat and motor brand new in 1979 from the old Outboard shop on Rivers Ave. It is a hydro craft. Might be wrong but I think Scout bought them out. It is just about at the end of its days but still gets me where I want to go.

yea smaller boats are more fun to fish anyway! mine is a Stumpnocker and only 14.something and just slightly wider but just like you said it gets the job done! got mine from my dad as well but no cool local story to tell bout it like yours but im making my own history w it LOL
