I hope everyone in the small boat fleet, like me, uses good sense this weekend. The forecast is not good for us small boaters, temperatures are dropping and it’s just one (1) fish. I wish this mini-season could have been approved earlier in the season when we had safer air and water temperatures. Be safe!
