so my daughter decides she wants to hunt with a crossbow so what does any good dad do. we jump in head first and go all in. she ends up with a lady shadow ultra ten point this is one bad ass crossbow. settled on pro elite arrows and spitfire maxx 100 gr and omni bright nocks. best part is my daughter does it all, cocking,loading ,setting up, discharge if nothing shot. so its truly all her. opened up a whole new world of hunting with her and i have been hunting for 35 years and this has by far been the most enjoyable . So her first kill with crossbow was a 125lb hog she had named calico and one she wanted. heart shot hog ran 40 yards. Next morning same stand a big doe comes out and after waiting what seemed like forever she had her quartering away leaving but stopped her with left foot forward . she made a perfect shot tucked in behind left shoulder out in front of right. deer went maybe 50 yards first deer for her. she’s hooked and I am Blessed beyond words Hog shot at 20 yards Doe shot at 18 yards
