MARK YOUR CALENDARS</font id=“red”> for the 10th Annual Georgetown Meat Fish Slam</font id=“navy”> scheduled for April 26-28, 2018</font id=“blue”>!
Final details are underway and more information will be posted soon, but I can tell you now that there will be a $1,000 payout to the first boat weighing in all three species (tuna, dolphin, wahoo)!
This tournament is hosted by Kids’ Chance of South Carolina each year as a means to raise money for its program. Kids’ Chance provides scholarships to children of South Carolina workers who have been seriously injured or killed in a work-related accident. Celebrating its 25th anniversary in 2018, Kids’ Chance has awarded over $1.04 million in scholarships and continues to award a growing number of scholarships each semester. For more information, visit www.kidschancesc.org or follow them on Facebook @kidschanceofsc</font id=“blue”>.
I hope you’ll plan to be a part of this annual tournament and join us in supporting a worthy cause!
