Got out yesterday AM looking for trout. The water temp had come down nearly 5 degrees in a couple of days and thought the trout bite would be hot.
Fished minnows/cork and ended up only have a couple of trout. Moved around quite a bit, water was pretty clean, good flow, but just couldnt find them. Went back into the grass and had a bunch of reds, nothing big, but a lot.
Got absolutely soaked thru, coming back on the waterway was super foggy w/ v low visibility.
Still beats working.
