Took one look at whitecaps on the Folly River and took my sit-on-top towards the Stono. Fished up in the Spartina grass at dead high and all was quiet. So, when the water started to move, I headed to deeper water. Threw electric chicken for an hour without a nibble. Switched to Rainbow trout “Trout Killer” and it was a fitting name. Caught 6 ranging from 12" to 16". 5 released, and 1 for dinner. Left the fish biting, but had to head in. Great morning on the water.
