11/21pm killin

Been trying my best to get this fella on a good deer this year, tonight it all came together. Saw a herd of deer in this field last night, so we decided to move a stand there today. Left work a little early but still didn’t put the Stand in the tree until
4:30. Parked the truck and settled in. Watched the does start coming out at around 525 and as we lined up a big one this old boy and a 6pt came out after them. Double D let the 7mm-08 bark at about 130yds, heard the bullet chop him, and he piled up a short distance later. Ended up seeing 14 tonight, still pumped!

Very nice! Way to put him on a good one!

That’s what i’ve been told…

Nice buck, at that age you couldn’t have made me frown. Tell that boy it’s ok to grin like he did in the first picture.

That’s the face of a stone cold killer who has more big bucks to his name at 11 years old then a lot of grown men. Patience pays off, we’ve let a railcar full of little bucks walk this year.

Like that kicker point

Yeah, but do you consider a dog to be a filthy animal? I wouldn’t go so far as to call a dog filthy but they’re definitely dirty. But, a dog’s got personality. Personality goes a long way.
