Great bite today! Fish in 4-5 ft water 2 ft vis. Points and ledges off main channel. Caught more trout and reds than I cared to count. Used jigs and Trout trick. Reds wanted the Zman electric chicken jig. Culled the reds 3 times and took largest for dinner. Last falling first incoming tide. Broke out the fly rod they were so thick.

Green and pink clouser minnow with pink eye weights. I put procure on the fly because I’m greedy, not needy.

I have just started tying flies. I was wonder if a weighted Juicy Fruit fly would work for trout. Purple/Black with gold eyes.

I will see if I can tie some Green and pink clouser minnow with pink eye weights.

It is nice when your catching and then pull out the fly rod and experiment.

Black and purple should work. It would work the best on a cloudy over cast day.
