Got into a school of hungry trout yesterday, so i got out the fly rod, tied on a white clouser and they absolutely killed it! What a blast!

Got some of the best quality trout OTF too, around 18.5". Also hung a 22" red (Tagged and released) Ended up with 20 trout and 1 red OTF

I fished it exactly like a Mirrodine. Cast, let sink for a few seconds, moderate strip, deadstick, moderate strip, etc. On the deadstick they would nearly yank the rod out of my hand :slight_smile:

That thing was beat to crap after that! The eyes kept spinning sideways lol
